Tiktok made it famous and after making it ourselves, we know why! The Dubai Bar consists of chocolate stuffed with pistachio cream, tahini, and shredded toasted kataifi (phyllo pastry). We make ours with our house blend of organic fair trade dark chocolate so it's not too sweet. It's nutty, creamy, crunchy and dreamy. We made it in bunny form for a limited edition Easter/Spring luxe treat.

These will be fine for a few weeks when kept below 72F and away from light and heat. However, due to the high nut content, we recommend refrigerating or freezing if your store has temperature fluctuations or you need to extend the shelf life. In the freezer they will keep for up to 1 year.
